Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 12 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination within Australia. We have warehouses located in Melbourne and Perth, which allows us to optimize delivery times. Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2 to 14 business days.
  • Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-14 business days

Local Drop-Off Service (Perth Metro):

• We offer a local drop-off service for customers within the Perth Metro area. Orders using this service will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

Shipping Locations:

• We currently ship to locations within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
